No parties or sizeable gatherings. There are cameras in non-living spaces the apt. is set up as a vacation rental. There will be an application (free), lease, background check, eviction check and credit check. Credit and eviction checks will be waived if you pay the entire amount upfront, plus $1,000 security deposit. No sight unseen rentals. Come see it in person!
