The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa, work desk, dining table, and flatscreen TV. The cozy bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen pillow-top bed. Coin-operated laundry is located in the building's lower level. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and High top chair available upon request for $10 per night. There are several restaurants, centers, coffee shops, and more all around the condo. You are located a 1-minute walk from Cleveland Circle and 15 minutes from Washington Square, with several shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. You are within a 35 minute walk to all three Green Line trains (B, C, D lines). You can take the Green Line trains directly to Copley Square, Downtown Boston, Boston Common, Park Street, Fenway, Kenmore, as well as the Longwood Medical Area hospitals. The elevator is small. A $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee apply. Self check-in and check-out are available with an extensive Welcome Packet and Neighborhood Guide delivered electronically and in each unit. A contract outlining basic house rules will be emailed after reservation confirmation.
