Tenant has to be independent responsible for all utilities and maintenance, including (but not limited to): gas, electric, water/sewer, furnace filters, trash/lawn/snow, phone, cable, internet, etc. If approved, applicants will be asked to sign a lease and provide the balance of the security deposit within two days of being approved.
