Zillow used to allow property owners to list their homes for sale by owner but now they force you to contact a Zillow rep to list your property with them. Zillow got into finance interest rates were based on the value they came up with, interest rates would go down as you value went up. I saw the writing on the wall when they puffed up values so they could increase interest rates for those who got sucked into their finance program. They wanted to hire me to sell this scam product and I called them out on it. New assessments came out for Brier and they used these puffed up values. If you call to dispute these new assessments they will tell you it is too late. You can call the Department of Equalization @ 425-388-3407.
