An AWD vehicle with good snow tires is required in winter (the last 1.5 miles is a steep gravel road, when it is snowing, or right after a storm, the road can be slick). The county plows and does a good job. Plenty of families live up here, but you should be comfortable with winter mountain driving. Beautiful home bordering National Forest. Clean and energy-efficient, with radiant floor heat, solar heating, and two large sunrooms. The large primary suite has an attached bath with two sinks and a jetted tub. Your place to feel safe and get away from it all. First, Last, and $1000 security deposit are due at lease signing. Rent includes all utilities. The house is furnished. The home is offered with a 6 month stay although this is negotiable. The house is large, with 3 bedrooms plus loft. We would consider a lower rent for a couple or a single person. Zillow has suggested rent of $4,461/mo. We are doing much less, not because it is not a very nice house! we would like to fine someone to take good care of our house and cover some expenses.
