Two downstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom, and one upstairs master bedroom with an attached bathroom. Large room with fireplace can be used as another bedroom or office. Upstairs fireplace in living room. This house is very well maintained and has plenty of room to enjoy the views and relax. Well behaved pets welcomed. One cat in house already, no other cats allowed. There is a huge fenced dog run area that can/is used for gardening as well. All tenants will pay a percentage of the electricity bill, all other utilities including internet, water, trash, yard maintenance etc, will be paid by landlord. I am a 33yr old single female looking for the right family, tenants or roommates, to share this home with. This will not be a party house.
