Four-season, 12'x20' camp located off the Hangtown Road in The Forks on a 3.59 acre lot. 2 story sleeps at least eight people. No power, water, or septic; just grey water system. It is wired up for lights and outlets for a generator. There is on-demand propane hot water heater and an outdoor shower; additionally there is a 110 gallon rain water catch system. There is a generator shelter. It is plowable, so access available year round or can snowmobile in. There is a propane stove, heater, and lights. The camp is fully insulated and heats very quickly in the winter time. With the camp also comes a 8'x8' shed. There's 2 outdoor firepits. There's plenty of space for campers and tents. The camp is a outdoors person paradise. The Appalachian trail is just down the road (1/2 mile); there's also snowmobile and ATV trail access near by and easy for camp owners. Excellent hunting for Deer, Bear, Partridge, Moose, and Rabbit. Fishing is excellent; you have pond, stream and river fishing all around. You also have whitewater rafting just down the road for the Kennebec and the Dead River. Public beach at Pleasant Pond about a mile away (top 10 clearest lake in Maine). The camp is about a mile and a half off of pavement and about 5 miles from route 201.
