This charming house is located within minutes to California State University and walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and Starbucks. Three rooms and two full bathrooms. Full kitchen and two car garage with wash an dryer. Most of our furniture are brand new and the house is fully remodeled. If you have questions or issues during your stay, we are local and we will do our best to help to accommodate your request. House is fully furnished. Owner will pay for most utilities (water, pg&e, internet, garbage and sewer) except for landscaping. Tenant is responsible for keeping the house clean. Tenant is responsible for keeping the furniture in good condition.
