The room can fit any size bed and plenty of other furniture. Large closet with custom shelves built in. Faces the backyard of the house, so its extra quiet. Room would share bathroom with one other roommate. If you'd prefer the master bedroom with its own bathroom, it can be discussed. Would be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities and cable/internet bill. Current roommates are two guys around 30 years old. No preference towards male or female roommate, just looking for someone who is responsible enough to pay their portion. No smoking, No drugs, No pets.
