Incomplete applications will be declined without processing, and the application fee will be forfeited by the applicant. Downstairs in an 8-unit apartment building is this 490 sq. ft. studio apartment. This apartment is leased for single occupancy only. It is well maintained, perfectly functional, and clean. This payment can be made via Zelle, or by deposit into the property manager's business checking account at Neighbors Federal Credit Union. The necessity of this policy is regretted but necessary due to widespread unaccountability of appointment breakers. This $20 payment can be applied to the application fee. Shorter lease terms are available at higher rent rates. Lease terms greater than 6 months are available.
