    What's special

awesome three unit building three separate gas, water and elect meter close to down town Decatur remains one of the few cities in the country with its own inland lake, hotbed of year-round water recreation activities including swimming, water skiing/jet skiing and, of course, fishing. The shores of Lake Decatur are activity center year-round as new restaurants, shops, housing, and other lake-based activities draw both locals and visitors from across the Central Illinois region. The City also has a very active hunting community both along the lake and throughout the area (deer, duck, turkey, etc.) with its heavily wooded landscape, varied temperatures and multi-faceted terrain. Downtown Decatur recently underwent a $14 million public development in efforts to bring a new look, feel and energy to the city’s Central Business District. This house is few blocks from Downtown Decatur, Walking distance from Millikin University and various city attractions including restaurants, parks, bars, churches and libraries. House is also very close to Lake Decatur and various forests and State Natural Areas. As can be seen in pictures house is full of left over from previous occupant and filled with trash. We could not find the official number of bedroom and bathroom but it seems to have 4 bed and 1 bath.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
