What I have appreciated most about this home is how easy it is to live here. Everything is on one level, the rooms are comfortable without being oversized, and the open layout with the vaulted ceiling makes the house feel spacious and connected. The wide doorways and lack of stairs were features I came to appreciate even more after living here. The in-floor heat is probably one of my favorite features during a Minnesota winter. The floors stay comfortable, the heat is quiet and even, and central air keeps the house comfortable in the summer. I also love how little there is to worry about outside. The association takes care of mowing, irrigation, and snow removal, so you can simply enjoy the home without organizing your life around yard work or winter weather. It would be especially convenient for someone who travels, spends winters elsewhere, is downsizing, or just wants fewer chores. The garage is another feature I would have a hard time giving up. It is heated, insulated, completely finished, and has an epoxy floor, so it feels more like usable additional space than an ordinary garage. The backyard patio and mature trees make the outdoor space feel peaceful and private without leaving you with a huge yard to maintain. The private association street is also nice because pulling in and out of the driveway is simple, and the road itself was just newly paved. The house has been very well cared for and still feels remarkably fresh. I am relocating, which is the reason I am selling. Otherwise, this is the kind of home that's easy to stay in for a long time.
