Classic, funky Laguna. Everything is unique. The shower is bespoke with a mix of river rock, tile, and wood, with an operable skylight. Small, private yard. Shared laundry room. Lots of charm and a short walk to terrific beaches. It's a little slice of paradise. There is a kitchen that comes with a small refrigerator/freezer, sink, stove, and cooktop. There is a family of 4, and a dog, that live above the apartment. Our dog is big, but is not terribly vocal (he doesn't bark much). You will hear occasional barking and spirited family discourse now and then. The sound is decently isolated from the apartment below, but it's not suppressed entirely. You'll need to determine if this is okay with you, or not. All utilities are included in the monthly rent: electricity, natural gas, water, trash, WiFi, YouTube TV (streaming alternative to cable/satellite), Netflix, and HBO Max. The lease is 6 months, converting to month-to-month thereafter. The laundry room is shared with us, the family of four that lives above you. No smoking is permitted. There is parking for one small car under a pepper tree. If parking under a constantly shedding pepper tree is undesirable, you'll have to park on the street. The apartment has a small yard. You are expected to maintain this yard periodic sweeping and trimming of ivy and bougainvillea.
