The two car garage was constructed in 2000. The drive-on dock was constructed using marine grade wood in 2001. The bulkhead was distroyed during hurricane Michael but has been replaced. A You wont find a better dock or bulkhead on Lucas Lake. The house is located on the deep end of the lake. It is about 10 deep at the end of the dock. The lake is 700 acres with two public boat landings. Dont worry, there is hardly any boat traffic.
