Offset to the deck/outdoor kitchen is a covered fish cleaning area with city water and electric, cabinets, stainless sink and countertop, etc. In another area well away from all else is a 192SF storage building with lean to, electric and lighting. One side of the shop has large heavy duty metal car cover with electric. The out door compressor units sits outside of one of the back doors on a large 12' x 24' slab, the slab is also covered with a 408SF premium insulated metal cover to keep snow and Ice off the fan blades. Approx 3 acres are cleared and the other 7 has 85 year old oak trees. A few hickory. We have planted 4 fruit trees on one side of the pond and the wildlife, deer, geese, ducks etc are beautiful to watch. I put corn out 10 to 20ft away from the sun room and the wife and I sit in there and watch them.
