New roof/gutter in 2009; new ac/heater in 2012; new blinds throughout house in 2013, new paint in kitchen/living area in 2015, replaced both toilets in December 2017, new smudge proof stainless steal refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove in 2020.
