The lot is located on the back side of the lake off from Stone Shore Road which has less traffic and wonderful views. The 1997 double wide was set on a full walkout foundation which gives potential to almost double the finished sq footage. The property has a drilled well and a new septic tank but the leach field may be in need of replacement and this is reflected in the asking price. We are told it still drains but slowly so it might suffice for occasional use. It has had very little use in recent years. Shadow Lake's dam is in need of repair so the property owners are raising money to repair the dam so that the lake level can be brought up to its normal level.
