A monthly rental/lease fee of 2400 shall be deposited into our Pay Pal account on the first day of each month. This is a Winter Rental ending April 30, 2019. The month of May is negotiable. Payment is expected whether the tenant remains in the house for the full term of the lease or not. Utilities are included. A non-refundable payment of 2400 will be paid to hold the premise until the lessee occupancy on January 4, 2019 (date negotiable) at which time the payment will convert to a security deposit. The security deposit will then be held in escrow and returned to lessee minus any claim within one week of lease termination. Use of premises is for use only as a single family residence by lessee and immediate family only and short term guests. Tenant is responsible for cost of repairs from damage done to premises and contents as a result of tenants negligence. There is parking off street in driveway in front of garage as well as behind house. Lessee will read and sign paper copy of Lease Agreement which has details listed for agreement.
