I am going to be renting out this 2018 Winnebago Minnie Plus 5th Wheel. It is fully furnished and located just outside the city limits. The location is 3.8-miles from campus. I would like to rent this to a student or graduate student. Rent will be $800 per month with all utilities included (Power, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Propane, Internet, YouTube TV Service) RV has 2 air conditioners. One is controlled by a thermostat and the other is over the bed and is a manually operated air conditioner. RV has a 35,000 BTU propane furnace for cold weather. This particular RV has the Extreme Weather Package so it is more insulated against hot and cold weather than other RV's. Includes, RV style Refrigerator and Freezer, Ice Maker that sets on the counter, Keurig coffee maker, Dishes, Pots and Pans, Silverware, Cooking Utensils, 2 TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom) Recliner, Sleeper Sofa, Queen Bed in the bedroom, bedding and bath towels. I am going to allow the student to use my laundry machines in the main house. Renter would have access to the Pergola, Outdoor TV cabinet, Fire Pit, and BBQ Grill. If you take into account the utilities, the rent would be in the $500-$550 range for this RV. A student who has experience with RV living is a plus as it is different than living in a house. RV will be available to move in middle of July. Please make a note on the application if you are a student and when you plan to graduate . This rental will be rented per semester (6-months). ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! Quite Time is at 10:30PM. Must love dogs as I have 3 Corgi named Boujee, Pit Mix named Myrtle, Pit Mix named Pip. They will interact with whomever rents this unit.
