Salty Dog Cove is conveniently located for exploring Rockland, Camden, Rockport, and the surrounding Midcoast, with wonderful restaurants, shops, galleries, boating, hiking, and outdoor recreation nearby. Pet-friendly with approval. Whether you're looking for an extended Maine getaway, temporary relocation, remote-work retreat, or simply the opportunity to experience waterfront living, Salty Dog Cove offers a peaceful home base for enjoying everything the Midcoast has to offer. Fully furnished 28-day minimum rental. Monthly rent includes electricity, LP gas/heat, water, Wi-Fi and trash service. No smoking or vaping. Pets are welcome with prior owner approval and applicable pet fee. Maximum occupancy to be agreed upon. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee applies. Renters are expected to treat the home, furnishings, waterfront and shared community amenities with care. Access to the community deep-water pier, protected mooring field and hiking trails is subject to association rules. Kayaks and small watercraft may be launched from the property's private waterfront access. Longer stays are welcome and may be discussed with the owner.
