This is a quiet neighborhood and street located at the base of the Catskill Mountains! The house is situated on 5.2 acres, surrounded by gorgeous scenes for every season: beautiful fall colors, a snow covered backyard and vibrant spring/summer vegetation with up close mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, grill and horseshoe toss area. The backyard also has an amazing view of the night sky. There is plenty of parking just outside the apartment. Close to Route 32 with easy driving to Catskill (8-15 mins), Hudson (30 mins), Saugerties (10 mins), Kingston (30 mins), Albany (50 mins), NYC (2 hrs). The apartment is located on the first level of a split-family house. It includes two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen/dining area and large living room. All rooms are fully furnished, the bedrooms have brand new mattresses and the bedframes are tall enough to store bins underneath. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the typical essentials. There is a washer/dryer available, located in a room next to the apartment. (This is not shared, just in a separate location.) There is an upstairs apartment, in which an older woman resides. Although a night owl herself, she prefers a quieter downstairs neighbor, especially from 11pm-8am. Pet friendly, with prior approval.
