We do not participate in Section 8 or related rental programs We do require an application and income verification suitable to cover the rent ONLY respond via phone or text. Do not reply via the Zillow, Hotpads or Facebooks emails option. We will never ask for money until you see the unit in person and decide it's would be a good home for you. Never send money.
