There are 3 off street parking spots provided for this apartment, but please note, it is an old Marquette house, and the access to the parking area is a somewhat narrow drive and would be ill-suited to a full size pickup or SUV. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric and landlord pays water. Snow removal will be provided for parking area, but tenants will be responsible for clearing walk ways and porches and steps. Lease will be for a full year term. No pets (there just isn't a great outdoor area for them), but this can be flexible for small indoor pets. No smoking inside of apartment.
