Please know this is a mobile home there wasn't an option for that. It is located in a quiet and privately owned mobile home park. This is Talladega County and within Munford school district. We are 15 minutes from Oxford and 25 minutes from Pell City. I can also give you references from current and past tenants. Monthly rent includes water, trash, sewer and lawn maintenance. Our agreement is a month to month agreement which just means the initial agreement stands until something needs to be changed or you choose to vacate the property.
