There's an annual block party. Semi-annual in a good year! The exterior is welcoming too. My family would frequently hang out in the front yard. We regularly enjoyed hosted friends and larger gatherings. On the side of the house is a large area for gardening. Lastly, the home is one of two on the property. Behind 3208 ML is another smaller unit (850 sq ft) built in 2016, rented out to a nice gentleman who is a great neighbor. The home, street and neighborhood are all gems in Austin. We hope to find good people to live here. 1st + Last month's rent + deposit required.
