At time of signing lease, renter will show proof of renters insurance. Landlord will not be responsible for renters loss of home/personal contents in dwelling in the event of hurricane, other natural disaster, burglary or due to any negligence by the renter. Landlord will not be responsible for costs incurred by renter if needing to find temporary housing. Landlord also claims no responsibility in the event of power loss to the home which may impact renters employment, food spoilage, etc.
