Our home has two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, a coffeepot, decaf & regular coffee, and tea bags. We have a washer and dryer, as well as basic toiletries. We also have a smart TV with Roku! House is completely decorated and furnished as shown in pictures, including smart TV, couch, dining table, 2 queen beds (in separate rooms), 2 single beds. All utilities including water, electric, gas, and wi-fi are inlcuded in monthly price. This is intended as a mid term lease (typically 1+ month, and less than 1 year) but we are flexible to accomodate different situations as this home has also been used as a successful Airbnb with great reviews.
