Sometimes our family is there (we're very quiet), sometimes the main home is rented out (only over the holidays from Oct-May) and sometimes there is no one in the main home. The guesthouse is completely private with it's own entrance, it's own outdoor sitting area and grill, it's own garage and no shared spaces.
