Frederick, Leesburg, Purcellville, and Winchester are all within a 40 minute drive. For DC commuters there is a MARC train only 10 minutes from here. The closest grocery/shopping is only 7 miles away. This apartment comes fully furnished. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. All furniture is permanent and will not be removed. We have private access to a lake, which will be made available to you if you rent. Water is included, however, electric is not. Your electric will run an average of $100/mo in the winter. Heating is pellet stove and electric. This is a month to month lease. First month rent plus 1-month security deposit is due upfront. This apartment is located on a livestock farm.
