This one has 5 natural gas burners - the center burner is an 18000 BTU wok ring. Dual ovens -one gas, one electric. Long leaf pine walls and a cypress ceiling beam have been left natural in the dining area. There is a large antique, French oak sideboard with stain glass upper doors which serves as a pantry. One of the best features of this home is the outdoor living space. There is wrought iron table and chairs, a second refrigerator and a washer and dryer. A portico connects the main house to a large, secure workshop/storeroom for bikes, tools, temporary fencing materials for parade day, etc. There is an outside hot water faucet under the portico -very handy to bath your dog! The house has been professionally insulated with open cell, spray foam both underneath the house and in the attic to keep heating and cooling costs minimal. Central AC and heat. Digital thermostat.
