Fixer Upper!!!! "As Is" and it isn't very good. This Fixer Uppers roof doesn't appear to leak. However, this place needs a lot of hammering, painting and general fixing. The problems are reflected in the price of $44,900. On the positive side, the handyman could easily increase the value. It's the shame of an otherwise pleasant neighborhood where home prices are much higher. The location is great and the neighbors will applaud any efforts to improve this home.
