Our property is on the edge of the forest preserve, with access to the Scarface Mountain trail immediately behind the building, as well as quick access to the new Adirondack Rail Trail for 4 season adventures. Cabin has a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and BBQ grill. Each bedroom features one queen size bed and its own private bath. There is a complete kitchen, dining table and living area that is all one room, w/ a small couch and TV. The cabin has a/c and heat with a quiet, ductless wall mounted unit, as well as a gas wall unit for very cold nights. Landlord pays electric and hot water. Tenant pays for any LP usage (minimal).
