    What's special

    The house has 1 good sized Master bedroom with attached, newly remodeled bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and floor. There are two small bedrooms at the same end of the house. In the hallway is a large linen closet. There is a full bathroom as well. The living room was at one time, two rooms but was turned into one with an addition of a fire place I use every winter. Past the Living room, is a separate dining room and next to that is a good sized kitchen with a 3 sided bump out breakfast nook. From the kitchen, you go into a utility room with washer/dryer, stand-up freezer and hot water heater. There is an entrance to a 4th room that could be bedroom, office, tv room, whatever you like. It was a garage originally, but fully enclosed as a room in the house. From the living room, you go out french doors to a small deck. From there, into a small, screened-in room. And from there, into another room as large as the Master bedroom and bathroom combined. This room and the small screened-in room were added to the house at some point. Once outside again, there is a large section of the back yard, enclosed by a chain link fence. The entire property is 2 acres, as are most homes in the area so there is no overcrowding. The back half of the property is filled with around 75 trees of various kinds, behind that, a forest of trees that has been undeveloped ever since I've lived here (17 yrs) I don't mow back there, allowing it to be natural. The shade from the trees keeps the grass from growing much. There is also a home made chicken pen out there where 60+ chickens were raised. I sold their eggs. They are gone now because it became too big of a job for me to manage..I'm no spring chicken! The house is too big for me and I wish to downsize as I move into retirement. It would make a wonderful family home and I would love to see a family move in. I'll add pictures very soon.
