We have our own more extensive back ground screen that has a $50 cost per applicatant. This fee is a non refunded application fee. This is a one-year lease agreement. The first month's rent of $1,100 and a $1,100 security deposit are due at the time of lease signing. All utilities must be transferred into the tenant's name prior to taking possession of the property. The tenant is responsible for lawn care and gutter cleaning during the lease term.
