The perfect all season getaway! Dead River Camp on 11.1 acres minus the high taxes as it is across the road from the river. Plenty of wildlife to watch or hunt including moose and deer. The camp is semi-rustic as it does not have electricity. We power the cabin with a Honda 2200 generator. There is a propane tank on the property however it is not hooked up (it's full). Deep well is fully functional so there is a flushing toilet and running water. We do have a hot water heater running to the bathroom for hot showers. The property is beautiful and features a beach volleyball court, basket hoop and a spot to shoot your golf balls. The fire pit is perfect for bon fires and roasting your favorite campfire food. The outbuildings work well for housing your firewood or toys. An outhouse on he property as well as a back-up potty in case you don't want to turn on the water pump. Within walking distance from the bridge on Red Rd where you can fish in the river. Furnishings are negotiable.
