What the owner loves about this home
We have lived here for 30 years and have enjoyed every minute and every season. From the wildlife(deer, raccoons, snakes, and osprey, horses too) to the starry nights and entertaining in the screened porch with our gas fireplace.
We have discovered by boat all of Back Bay and even taken the boat to Corolla Light for wine tastings and Coinjock for dinner. When the kids were here they really learned all about wakeboarding and safely operating the boat and, of course, crabbing and fishing.
Again, there’s the beach to enjoy season after season. And I especially love the bike rides in the wildlife refuge and state park just a mile south.
This house is a warm welcoming place for everyone.
