Quite a few medical professionals who work in Baltimore live in this neighborhood. This is the basement unit of a townhouse, equipped with a separate exterior entrance, full bathroom, full kitchen, and in-unit washer + dryer. My son and I are the sole occupants of the above two floors. We are quiet, friendly, understanding people. The separate entrance is through the rear of the house, leading down to the lower level. The living area features a full-size bed (linens provided), sofa, 50" television, and 55" desk + chairs. The brand-new kitchen includes a full sink, range, microwave, toaster, mini fridge with freezer, cookware, tableware, utensils, and a number of cabinets and drawers. The washer/dryer is the only facility that will be shared, but we only do the laundry about once a week. - Rent must be paid at the beginning of every month by the due date and no reminders will be sent. - Owner is responsible for utilities. - No pets allowed. - The washer and dryer are shared; we do laundry once a week, and we can adjust the day based on your convenience. - Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent for your personal use are your responsibility. - Overnight guests are limited to a maximum of three nights per month. I ask that you kindly inform me ahead of time if you have a guest staying over. - No large gatherings or parties. - Please be mindful of the other occupants of the house and the neighborhood.
