Two unit side by side duplex just outside city limits. New porches, doors, windows and siding. Refrigerator, stove, and washer and dryer are included. There is also a decent sized back yard. Water is well water with softener. Unfortunately I am ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWING pets in this rental home. I would also prefer if an application is filled out prior to requesting a tour. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No pets allowed, and no smoking. Parking on concrete only, no parking on grass.
