    Looking for quiet, considerate, and stable tenants to rent our 3+Bedroom, 2 bathroom house on beautiful and private rural road in Castro Valley. House has new roof, is newly painted, renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Flooring is hardwood floors and carpet except kitchen/dining is wood vinyl. Master bedroom has private bath. New Washer/Dryer installed. There is a dishwasher. Tenants are leaseholders (no sublets) and responsible for propane, PG&E, satellite internet, cable and garbage. We do recommend a land-line. Water is supplied by a seasonal spring so conservation is a must. Fire-safety awareness is a must and please, no smoking. Gate integrity a must, as we have livestock and free-roaming dogs. Adjacent to the house is a fenced in yard/corral for either dogs or small livestock and a fenced-in garden with rasberry bushes, raised beds and a composter. Orange trees and blackberries are around the home. There is also a small storage shed for your use. Rental is on the same property as owners so there is some co-habitation here. We must trust and get along with our tenants! Other parts of the ranch are utilized for therapeutic activities, necessitating awareness and discretion. House is very private but owners do come down for various reasons (chicken coop, workshop). We are looking for tenants that appreciate the land; gentle hills with oak, bay, poppies and a host of native wildlife. 1000 acres of East Bay Regional Park is our neighbor. The lifestyle here calls for tenants with few guests and are ideally, experienced in rural living. Town (either Castro Valley, Dublin or Fremont) is less than minutes away. 580 is 10-12 minutes down the road. This place is heavenly for the right people. There is no cell service here at this time. Wifi is via satellite (currently Viasat). Pets accepted with approval but no outdoor dogs, please. Pet deposit, cleaning deposit, first and last month rent and one-month security deposit desired. Proof of income, credit report, background check, and references required.
