My owners have really enjoyed living in Derry and are planning on staying in Derry until their children are out of school. You have the ease of everything right nearby from restaurants, ice cream shops, parks and playgrounds, Doctors, Dentists, Hair Salons, a variety of stores and supermarkets, the Police Dept, Fire Dept and hospital and schools all within a 5 minute drive. However when you are at the condo on the quiet street you wouldn't know that all of those things are right nearby. Living in me they have also seen so many different species of birds and animals even deer in the backyard. So it really is a nice little place to live. Not having to worry about mowing the lawn and snow plowing, etc was something we liked as well. Call Lisa to see me!
