It will be available from October 15 until May 31, 2026. We are looking for the same person(s) to stay these 7.5 months. Unfortunately, Staying past May 31 is not possible. Internet, Roku with AmazonPrime, Netflix, and Hulu live, garbage, laundry facilities, and water are included. A $100 Northwestern Energy monthly allowance is included. Additional energy costs are based on whether or not the wood stove is used. We supply the wood. You will need to provide your own linens, (sheets, blanket, comforter, towels, etc) Stacker washer/dryer in cabin There is plenty of parking and we take care of the snow removal on the driveway. The cabin is best lived in by 1-2 people. Renters must be clean, quiet, no smokers please A lease written by the owners is required to be signed in order to avoid any confusion regarding the renter/rentee's expectations. References required The cabin is only available to rent October 15, 2025 until May 31, 2026
