It will be available from October 15 until May 31, 2027. We are looking for the same person(s) to stay these 7.5 months. Unfortunately, Staying past May 31 is not possible. Internet, Roku with AmazonPrime, Netflix, and Hulu live, garbage, laundry facilities, and water are included, as well as electric radiant heat, electricity and gas utilities. There is a stacker washer/dryer in the cabin. You will need to provide your own linens, (sheets, blanket, comforter, towels, etc) There is plenty of parking and we take care of the snow removal on the driveway. The cabin is best lived in by 1-2 people. Renters must be clean, quiet, no smokers please No shedding pets Please email me with your contact info so we can chat before any arrangements are made to see the cabin A lease written by the owners is required to be signed in order to avoid any confusion regarding the renter/rentee's expectations.
