Currently there is an RV there that can be rented out or we would consider moving it out and selling it and just renting the space. (We would also consider a rent to own on the trailer as well). Rent with the RV in place is $1100 per month. Rent without the RV is $900 per month. All utilities included except for propane that runs the furnace and stove on the RV. Has a carport cover, deck and fenced in area to use. 30 amp plug. This is a great opportunity to live in an RV space where you aren't crowded around other RV's and have the ability to stretch your legs and get out and be apart of the working ranch. There is also a clubhouse room that is available by appointment to be able to host get together's with friends and family that has a full kitchen and restroom.
