You may rent this furnished short term property starting right now until December 27, 2026 either by the week or by the month. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to beaches, major shopping centers, restaurants, schools and entertainment venues. Areca palms and fragrant spider lilies surround the property for privacy. The fully furnished house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a large screened-in lanai with an adjacent even larger paved patio. There is an adjacent one-bedroom apartment attached to the building which is already rented to my acupuncturist doctor for the long term. You may rent it for either $800 per week or $2500 per month with all the utilities included (electricity, internet, water and garbage disposal) until December 27, 2026 or after June 1st, 2027. You'll have to fill out an application and provide copies of your most recent credit reports, pay stubs and bank statements. You'll need the first week/month and the last week/month rents plus a security deposit of the same amount. The deposit is due upon the acceptance of the application. The first and the last week/month rents are due upon the signing of the lease. You'll need to provide your own renter's insurance policy. We charge a $200 cleaning fee per stay payable in advance.
