Your spacious living area includes a comfortable love seat and coffee table, countertop height dining table and chairs, wine fridge, area rug, TV entertainment center, and a smart TV that is equipped to connect you to all of your favorite shows (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
The kitchen area is stocked with essentials including kitchenware, dinnerware, a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, full refrigerator and freezer, and an electric cook top range with air fryer option (additional kitchen appliances available upon request). Your private bathroom includes a steam shower and smart mirror, and is conveniently located steps from a stainless steel washer/dryer.
The unit has a private entrance to the front, along with an optional exit through the parking pad out back. We are half a mile away from Giant Foods or mile from Harris Teeter/Trader Joe's for all your grocery needs. Most excitingly, the unit is two blocks from the new Bryant Street Market Food Hall, Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theatre, Kracken Kourts, and Metrobar.
