This home has a partially fenced area for its sole use, but the area is not fully fenced and with the closeness of the second house -- NO pets will be permitted. There are private laundry hookups onsite for tenant use. Tenant pays all of their own utilities. The home has its own electric and gas meter, but is has a shared water meter so the Owner will use a submeter to calculate the water expenses. Maximum of 4 vehicles permitted.
