The townhouse is located a 10-minute walk from the Cleveland Park Metro (Red Line) on Connecticut Ave, and a similar distance to Wisconsin Avenue where you'll find Wegmann's, Lidl, One Life Fitness, and Equinox. Looking for a non-smoking quiet individual or couple. Must be okay with dogs (we have two who live upstairs with us and who enjoy the yard). No smoking allowed. Looking for a reliable quiet tenant.
