We replaced the roof two years ago and just never redid the inside of the ceiling but no leaks now and no other issues it’s all interior just holes the need to be plastered and new floor tiles because the ones in the picture are cracking we just recently remodeled the bathroom so it just need a tub or shower but that’s it new vanity and toilet and floors already in there Good home to fix up and sell or live in a fix while you are there it would need to be moved off our land
