This is a super nice apartment and area at the oceanfront. Cable and internet included. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which will go until February 3, 2018. You will have the option to renew. This place is awesome, nice pool area, gym, and clubhouse. Super nice people and have never had any drama. Great sound dampening, I never hear my neighbors. Very convenient location, I walk to the grocery store, bars, and restaurants. Any questions you have I can answer or you can call The Summer House Apartments leasing office and mention apartment 440.
