We are a midterm rental, catering to traveling nurses, doctors, digital nomads, and insurance placements. Lease is 1-3 months fixed. Tenant and Landlord can discuss slightly longer lease options should it be desired by both parties. Located in a quiet, rural part of Mount Shasta, surrounded by forest and mountain views. Just a few miles from downtown, you're close to local shops and restaurants while being totally removed from the noise. Castle Lake Road leads you straight to Castle Lake, and Lake Siskiyou, within walking distance, is right below, offering quick access to kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Hiking trails, ski runs, and peaceful drives are all within reach. This single-level home gives you room to breathe--inside and out--on a private 7-acre lot with no nearby neighbors except the landlord, who lives a few hundred feet away. With around 1,400 square feet of space, the layout is open and functional, starting with a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, many cabinets, and a large pantry for storage. The kitchen flows right into the dining area and living room, with a smart TV, a cozy sitting area, and a propane fireplace that can be used on request. There are two bedrooms--one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size, furnished with nightstands and dressers. The main bedroom also has its own smart TV. The two bathrooms are outfitted with walk-in showers, and there's a laundry room with a washer and dryer so that you can do laundry at home without a trip into town. Outside, there's a front yard and a back porch to relax on, plus a wood-burning BBQ grill and a portable fire pit for when you want to cook or hang out under the stars. The property is secluded and peaceful, but you might see the landlord's friendly dogs roaming in parts of the outdoor area. Parking is easy with an enclosed garage attached to the home and a private driveway that leads right off Castle Lake Road. Any overage will be charged to tenant each month. ($300.00 should cover this monthly expense ) Should tenant want to seek own Wifi /Internet service, landlord will deduct $100 from monthly rent. Tenant is allowed one garage bay. The 2nd garage bay remains for Landlord's truck. No pets of any kind allowed on property . Tenant shall not have more than 2 vehicles on property. No trailer, boat, or RV storage is allowed on property. Home has a max occupancy of 2. This is a No Smoking property both inside and outside of home.
